Curtis International has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Kenmore to manufacture, distribute, and market Kenmore-branded appliances across North America, with initial products expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The agreement covers refrigeration, small kitchen appliances, commercial appliances, and other major appliance categories, expanding Curtis International’s appliance portfolio and Kenmore’s product offerings in the U.S. and Canada.

Under the agreement, Curtis will draw on its product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution capabilities to bring Kenmore-branded products to retail and commercial markets. Additional product categories and models are expected to follow the initial launch.
