Intercounty Appliance Corp. Names John Graff Executive Director

Robert Guida retires after 6 years as Executive Director

Intercounty Appliance Corp. recently announced the retirement of its Executive Director Robert
Guida. John Graff, Intercounty’s Director of Marketing & Advertising assumed the Executive Director post on January 1, 2020.

Graff has been Intercounty’s Director of Marketing & Advertising since 2013. During this period, he successfully transformed the company from a warehouse group to a marketing group, and successfully aided the opening of Intercounty’s second warehouse location in Burlington, NJ. Before arriving at Intercounty, Graff worked for Electrolux for 31 years while in a series of positions including GM of the Northeast region.

Robert Guida originally joined Intercounty in 2007 as Controller. He was promoted to Executive Director in 2014. Prior to his time at Intercounty, Guida spent 17 years with Olympus America Inc. as Corporate Controller.

Director of Marketing & Advertising: Jessica Dzenkowski

Dzenkowski began her tenure at Intercounty five years ago with the introduction of the Marketing Department where she acquired invaluable industry knowledge and merchandising skills. Prior to joining Intercounty, she amassed over ten years of marketing experience in various industries. She earned a BA from Mount Saint Mary College and an MS from Pace University.

Director of Finance: Matthew Koch

Koch served as Assistant Controller at Globecomm Systems Inc. for the past five years, and as an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche from 2009-2014. As a CPA, Koch brings experience and a proven track record of success in audit, process improvement, budgeting, and financial statements. He earned a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.

“These transitions and key personnel will continue to align Intercounty’s direction for growth,” said Bud Gerhard, President of Intercounty in a statement. “With their focus on expansion, dealer marketing initiatives, dealer profitability, vendor partnerships, housing the right inventory, and always buying at the right price.”
