AVB BrandSource has announced the promotion of Chad Fischer to Senior Director of Home Furnishings & Bedding – Membership, effective July 1. Formerly the Director of Bedding Solutions, Fischer will now lead membership strategy across BrandSource’s Furniture and Bedding Divisions, with participation in member recruitment, support of member retention and the overall health of both programs. Additionally, he will work closely with members, vendors, and industry partners to ensure BrandSource is offering best-in-class bedding and furniture solutions to its members.

Fischer will also champion BrandSource’s Furniture and Bedding suite of solutions, helping members understand and leverage the tools available to keep their businesses competitive.
Fischer joined AVB BrandSource in January 2025 with more than 15 years’ experience in the mattress industry, spanning both the retail and vendor segments. His background includes nine years as Bedding Director of the Nationwide Marketing Group and two years as General Manager of the mattress division at Mega Group USA prior to its merger with Nationwide.
