DreamWall has appointed Dave Cusick as vice president of sales and Russ Hoffman as director of customer experience, adding two industry veterans with extensive experience in the custom integration (CI) and commercial AV channels.
Cusick brings more than 30 years of consumer electronics industry experience, including more than a decade focused on direct-view LED technology, display solutions and channel development. He most recently spent more than six years as Midwest senior account manager for direct-view LED at LG Electronics. His previous positions include roles at Lenbrook, NuVision, Fujitsu, Absen America, Luminit Projection Screens and Cirrus Screen.
At DreamWall, Cusick will lead national sales initiatives, expand the company’s dealer and distribution network, and support growth in the residential CI and commercial AV markets.
Hoffman joins DreamWall with decades of custom electronics experience spanning dealer training, technical support and channel development. During more than 16 years at URC (Universal Remote Control), he served as vice president of training and technical support, helping integrators deploy control and automation technologies. His previous roles include positions at DataSmart, WAVE Electronics and Tweeter.
As director of customer experience, Hoffman will support DreamWall’s efforts to strengthen dealer relationships and provide technical education and support to custom integration professionals.

The appointments come as DreamWall expands its portfolio of indoor and outdoor direct-view MicroLED video wall solutions. The company also offers dealer training, factory-direct installation assistance, U.S.-based technical support, and a five-year warranty as part of its dealer support program.
