Commack, N.Y. — Tamron introduced this week a pair of camera lenses — one targeted at Nikon, Canon and Sony DSLR owners and the other targeting Canon EOS M-compatible cameras.
The Tamron DSLR lines, is a 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 Di VC PZD lens that will carry an $849 suggested retail when it ships June 26.
First models will be available with Canon and Nikon mounts, and a Sony mount version is expected later.
All versions will be compatible with full-frame DSLRs.
The new Canon EOS M-compatible lens, is Tamron’s 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 Di III VC lens, which had been available earlier for Sony E-mount cameras.
The lens will be available in a choice of black or gray and will ship this month at a $499 suggested retail.
