ProSource has added Absen as a new vendor partner, giving members access to the company’s direct-view LED display lineup for commercial and professional AV projects.
Announced May 26, the partnership brings several of Absen’s dvLED product families into the ProSource network, including the KLCOB V2 Series, NX Series, A25 Series, AW Series, iCon Series, and CL V3 Series.
Absen, which has operated in the LED display category for more than 20 years, manufactures display products used in corporate environments, hospitality spaces, retail applications, control rooms, and outdoor installations. The company has increasingly focused on the integration channel as demand grows for large-format LED displays across commercial AV projects.
According to the companies, ProSource members will also have access to product training, technical support, and dealer programs tied to Absen’s display portfolio.
Emily Chan, President of Absen Inc., said the agreement is intended to strengthen the company’s presence within the custom integration market while expanding support for integrators deploying large-scale LED systems.
“By combining ProSource’s extensive network with our advanced LED technologies and hands-on support, we are empowering integrators to deliver exceptional visual experiences across an even wider range of applications,” Chan added.
VP of Business Development at ProSource, Jim Kozicki, said Absen’s focus on the integration channel made the company a logical addition to the buying group’s vendor lineup.
“We’re excited to bring Absen into the ProSource family, giving our members access to cutting-edge display solutions that help expand opportunities across commercial, corporate, and professional AV environments,” Kozicki said.
The partnership reflects continued growth in the dvLED category, particularly in commercial integration projects where integrators are increasingly looking beyond traditional flat-panel displays for large-format installations.
