BOOX is expanding its lienup of E Ink devices with two new products. The Note Air5 C is a 10.3-inch color ePaper tablet designed for light productivity, and the Palma 2 Pro, a 6.13-inch mobile ePaper device for portable reading and note taking.
The new Note Air5 C builds upon its predecessor by introducing keyboard connectivity, Android 15, and the upgraded Pen3 stylus. The device features a 10.3” Kaleido 3 color E Ink display that delivers natural color with no glare, making it comfortable for long reading and writing sessions. Adjustable dual-tone front lights ensure optimal visibility in any environment.
With magnetic pogo pins, users can now instantly attach a keyboard cover and transform the Note Air5 C into a versatile workstation. Split-screen mode allows multitasking, such as referencing notes while drafting documents. The new Pen3 stylus enhances the handwriting experience with a design reminiscent of a traditional pen, complete with a clip and built-in tip storage.
After the success of the first Palma device in 2023, BOOX now introduces the Palma 2 Pro, a pocket-sized color ePaper device that adds 5G connectivity and Android 15 for a more connected experience on the go. Weighing 175 grams, the 6.13” Palma 2 Pro fits comfortably in one hand and includes BOOX Super Refresh Technology, 8GB RAM, and support for the InkSense Plus stylus for highlighting and quick notes.
With its Kaleido 3 E Ink color display, the Palma 2 Pro displays natural hues that are visible in sunlight. The dual-tone front light automatically adjusts to ambient lighting, while EInkWise display presets optimize the screen for reading, browsing, or sketching.
The new model’s 5G connectivity and hybrid SIM slot offers seamless internet access and expandable storage up to 2TB.
