BOOX has announced the Go 10.3 (Gen II) Series, a pair of 10.3-inch E Ink tablets aimed at users looking for a simplified reading and writing experience. The lineup includes the Go 10.3 (Gen II) and the Go 10.3 (Gen II) Lumi, both designed with a thin profile and bundled with the company’s InkSense Plus stylus.
The two models differ primarily in lighting. The standard Go 10.3 (Gen II) does not include a front light layer, maintaining a paper-like display intended for use in well-lit environments, including direct sunlight. The Lumi version adds adjustable dual-tone front lighting, allowing users to switch between cooler and warmer illumination depending on conditions. Both devices feature a 300 PPI monochrome ePaper display.
The tablets measure 4.6 mm thick for the standard model and 4.8 mm for the Lumi variant. Each includes a 3700 mAh battery, with battery life extending to several weeks under limited wireless use. The form factor is positioned for portability without reducing battery capacity.
For writing and organization, the included InkSense Plus stylus supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt recognition. Built-in tools include Lasso, Insert, Outlines, and Tags for managing handwritten notes and sketches.
The devices run on Android 15, providing access to apps through the Google Play Store. An octa-core processor supports general performance and multitasking. Both models include 64GB of internal storage and support 26 file formats. BOOX’s NeoReader app is included for document reading and annotation.
The Go 10.3 (Gen II) Lumi is priced at $449.99 and $429.99 (standard), while the Go 10.3 (Gen II) is priced at $399.99. Availability is through BOOX’s regional online stores.
