Aldridge Marketing has announced the transfer of ownership from co-founder Madeline Aldridge to AV veteran Christos Desalernos. The change, which went into effect on October 5th, represents a modernization of the company’s support and services in an evolving AV market.
Under Desalernos’ leadership, the company will enter a new chapter as AMI 2.0. This relaunch reflects significant new investments designed to enhance operations and strengthen customer support, including:
- Automation and proprietary platforms to streamline order processing, confirmations, quotes, and AR/AP functions.
- Upgraded internal systems that free the team to focus on relationships, sales, customer service, demos, consulting, and design.
- Enhanced digital presence with a new website and expanded marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and leading AV publications.
“This transition is about building on the strong foundation Aldridge Marketing has established over its successful history while embracing modernization for the future,” said Desalernos. “Through AMI 2.0, we look forward to working closely with our partners and customers to explore new opportunities and deliver the same high-quality support and expertise they expect from our team.”
