Cory Names First Woman Delivery Vendor of the Year

Secaucus, NJ – Cory Home Delivery, one of the largest and oldest specialized carriers in America announced IC Ana Uruchima as its 2016 Delivery Vendor of the Year.

COO Bob Alter along the the Cory Executive team announced Ana Uruchima, owner of SRJ Cast, as its Vendor of the Year recipient; the first woman to achieve and be honored with this prestigious award. Ana who migrated to the United States from Ecuador began her home delivery career in 2005 as an assistant delivery driver. In July 2015 Ana started her own company and has been delivering for Darvin’s customers ever since.

Ana and her driver assistants, Alberto and Ivan, have achieved high customer satisfaction scores, has always had clean roadside DOT inspections and has been accident free her entire driving career. Ana takes pride in her ride. Cory is proud of this partnership.

Most recently, Ms. Uruchima was recognized by the Women In Truck Association and Transport Topics.
