Nationwide Marketing Group Partners With Thermador To Expand Luxury Portfolio

Exclusive program for Nationwide’s network of luxury appliance retailers aims to enhance the customer experience throughout the entire shopping journey

Nationwide Marketing Group’s luxury appliance initiative has helped independent retailers redefine the standard of success in this booming category over the past year, and the group announced the addition of an exclusive program with iconic luxury appliance manufacturer Thermador at PrimeTime in Phoenix, AZ.

“We are thrilled to add Thermador to our growing portfolio of strategic luxury vendor partners,” says John O’Halloran, senior merchant for luxury appliances at Nationwide. “The Thermador brand is synonymous with success in the luxury space, and we look forward to leveraging the strengths of Nationwide’s luxury strategy, combined with Thermador’s innovative products, to ensure our members continue to lead in this high-touch, experience-driven category.”

Both Nationwide and Thermador are leaning into both the luxury appliance brand’s market recognition and Nationwide’s luxury strategy to create a cohesive customer experience that drives shoppers into members’ stores. Nationwide and Thermador will accomplish this by focusing, at first, on activating the Thermador brand through Nationwide’s four-pillared luxury strategy: providing participating dealers with the tools for success across web and digital platforms, support in creating an exceptional in-store experience for consumers, educational opportunities for team members and access to customer shopping insights.

In addition, Thermador and Nationwide will continue to work together to explore new and innovative ways to heighten the partnership and provide added benefits to the independent dealer over the next several years.
