The sixth annual TOLA Expo is set to return to Dallas on May 6–7, 2026, bringing regional custom integration (CI) professionals together for two days of exhibits, training, and networking. The event will again take place at the Dallas Trade Mart, where organizers say this year’s show will be the largest to date.
“It’s exciting to see how TOLA Expo has become a staple event for the region,” said Dale Pugh, principal of Elite 3 Pro. “We hope attendees leave inspired, energized, and equipped with practical ideas to grow their businesses. TOLA Expo 2026 promises to exceed expectations.”
The 2025 edition drew nearly 200 integration companies and more than 500 attendees, and organizers expect higher participation this year alongside an expanded show floor. The event targets residential integrators, AV dealers, designers, and architects across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
Exhibitors will include a mix of established and emerging brands such as Samsung, Epson, Lutron, Sonance, and eero. The show floor is designed for hands-on demonstrations, with factory representatives available throughout the two-day event.
Programming runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on May 6 and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on May 7. Admission is free with pre-registration, and attendees will have access to complimentary training sessions aimed at sales teams, technicians, and business owners. Sessions will be scheduled and managed through the Whova platform.
The 2026 show will emphasize several growth areas within residential integration, including shading systems, architectural lighting, and outdoor AV. Organizers say the goal is to reflect shifting demand as integrators expand into adjacent categories tied to whole-home design and outdoor living.
A networking event, the Casino Royale Party, is scheduled for the evening of May 6 at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel, offering attendees an informal setting to connect outside the show floor.
The event is organized by Rio Grande Reps, New Era Marketing, Elite 3 Pro, and Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions.
