The 5th Annual TOLA Expo 2025 is set for May 7th-8th, 2025, at the Dallas Trade Mart (Atrium), located at 2100 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas, adjacent to the World Trade Center.
Residential integrators and AV dealers are invited to attend the TOLA Expo, starting on Wednesday, May 7th (9am-6pm), and ending on Thursday, May 8, 2025 (9am-3pm). The Expo is FREE to attend with pre-registration.
The TOLA Expo brings together the best brands, networking with peers, training / education, and regional integrators and sales reps under one roof for two full days.
TOLA Expo 2025 is brought together by local sales representatives Elite 3 Pro, Rio Grande Reps, Momentum Marketing, and Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions to strengthen our dealer and integrator partners in the market. The regional TOLA event allows owners to bring the entire crew to see, learn and meet the suppliers they do business with, and have a little fun together.

TOLA Expo is a mini-trade show held in a unique venue. The trade market facility features several interior lighting showrooms and a Samsung Experience Center, which will be open during the event. The show takes place in the Grand Pavilion, described as the “atrium” of the Dallas Trade Mart. The pavilion extends from the atrium to the glass ceiling of this four-story building, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
When attendees visit the many exhibitor booths such as Yamaha, Sonance, KEF, DMF Lighting, Crestron, and many others, the show aisles and exhibits are comfortable rather than crowded. You can enjoy high-quality personal interactions with factory brand experts without feeling overwhelmed or rushed.

The TOLA Casino Royale Party for Expo attendees will take place on Wednesday, May 7th (6:00pm – 10pm), at the Dallas Renaissance Hotel, featuring food, drinks, music, and various fun casino games.
