LG Electronics’ ultra-premium LG Signature series is ready to press the flesh.
The luxury collection, which debuted before the trade at CES 2016, is about to embark on a multi-city big-event and shopping mall tour.
Comprised of sleek Ultra HD/HDR OLED TVs, door-in-door refrigerators, a black-steel washer and a combo air purifier/humidifier, the initial lux grouping “is designed to provide a state-of-the-art living experience that feels pure, sophisticated and luxurious,” said marketing VP Dave VanderWaal.
The items, which carry suggested retails of $1,700 to $20,000, “were designed with their true essence in mind,” he added — “streamlined to focus on each product’s essential function while maintaining the LG Signature’s modern, signature design.”
Continuing the luxury theme, all registered owners receive LG Signature Concierge, an around-the-clock, VIP-level service that includes a welcome package, one-on-one customer support and priority dispatch.
LG kicked off the road show with a gala gallery event last week at New York’s Rockefeller Center, co-hosted by fashion designer Phillip Lim and Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn and featuring a performance by dancer-choreographer Savion Glover.
The LG Signature Gallery experience was open to the public Oct. 6 through Oct. 10, and will next move on to Dallas and Los Angeles.
