Hisense Goes Long, Offers 4-Year 4K TV Warranty

Hisense USA extended the warranties on its 4K Ultra HD TVs to four years for parts and in-home service, making it the first company to offer a four-year warranty on 4K TVs, the company said.

The company already offers a two-year warranty on 50-inch and larger TVs.

At CES 2016, Hisense unveiled its 2016 lineup of 4K TVs, which consist of four series, all with HDR technology. The company announced these models and prices at the time:

The H7 series features a $399-suggested 43-inch model, $549 50-inch model, $649 55-inch model, and a $1,299 65-inch model. The H8 series consists of a 50- and 55-inch model at respective retails of $599 and $699. The H9 series features the $999 55-inch 55H9B, a follow-up to the $1,299 55H9 launched last year with first-generation ULED technology. The top model in the company’s 4K lineup is the $2,799 H10-series 65H10B ULED 3D TV.
