Newmarket, N.H. – Multiroom-audio supplier Russound hired a second new executive in about as many months, tapping industry veteran Colin Clark as product marketing manager to streamline the product-development process and “spark a continuous flow of products.”

In May, Russound hired industry veteran Mike Detmer as sales and marketing VP to enhance sales and marketing efforts and free up CEO Charlie Porritt to focus on logistics and enterprise resource planning.

Clark’s experience includes product management, research and design, marketing and sales. Before joining Russound, he was director of product management for Automated Control Technology Partners, the parent company of TiO. Before that, he was business unit manager at SnapAV, Product Manager at the AVC Group, and the director of operations at Niles Audio.

“His track record in global product development is instrumental as we bring innovative new products to the domestic and international markets,” said Porritt.
