O’Rourke Sales Company Names Jake O’Rourke As COO & EVP

To implement strategic direction of the company and oversee day-to-day operations

O’Rourke Sales Company recently announced the appointment of Jake O’Rourke as Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Executive Vice President (EVP). O’Rourke will continue to work closely with O’Rourke Sales Company’s senior leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing the strategic direction of the company, and supporting the delivery of the highest quality of service to our customers.

“Jake has been a vital asset at O’Rourke Sales since he joined the team in 2016,” said Andrew Terry, President of O’Rourke Sales Company in a statement. “He has been instrumental in aligning our corporate operations to match our overall strategy and has played a key role in enhancing our company culture. Our management team is excited to continue to work closely with Jake as we expand our services and product offerings to our customers with the enhancements we are making to our operations.”

Mr. O’Rourke joined the company as the Accounting Supervisor in 2016 and has risen through the ranks, most recently as the Vice President. With a master’s degree in accounting and experience from past positions held in finance, previously from Deloitte and Hammar & Associates, O’Rourke has brought a wealth of knowledge to O’Rourke Sales Company. In the years since joining the business, he has led the finance and human resources teams while streamlining key processes and improving internal policies.

Additionally, O’Rourke has provided key channel growth by launching final mile solutions, expanding ecommerce fulfillment nationwide, and added multiple top brands to the company as vendor partners. O’Rourke has had countless achievements throughout his tenure with the company; however, his greatest personal successes have been co-chairing OSC Cares, the company’s charitable foundation, and enhancing company culture.
