6P Color has named Bob Scaglione Chief Executive Officer as the company enters its next phase of growth, shifting from breakthrough color innovation to large-scale platform deployment across the global display ecosystem.
Scaglione most recently served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at 6P Color, where he focused on building strategic partnerships with Tier-1 OEMs, display manufacturers, chipset partners, and platform integrators. In that role, he helped align the company’s widely patented Full Color Range™ color management technology with the requirements of commercial, professional, and consumer deployments.
The leadership transition reflects a planned succession as 6P Color moves toward broader licensing, international expansion, and deeper OEM engagement. John Vilade, who led the company through a critical platform-building phase, will remain on the board as Vice Chairman.
During Vilade’s tenure, working alongside CTO Dr. Matt Brantley, 6P Color strengthened its core architecture, intellectual property portfolio, and operational discipline while building a growing pipeline of global partnerships—positioning the company for scale.
“The company was built with exceptional discipline and a relentless focus on innovation,” said Allen Page, Chairman of the Board. “Bob’s industry relationships, understanding of our vision, and execution mindset make him the right leader for this next phase.”
Scaglione brings more than two decades of leadership in the display and media technology industries. Prior to joining 6P Color, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sharp Electronics (USA), where he led a global brand transformation spanning corporate identity, trade-show strategy, public relations, and digital platforms—strengthening Sharp’s position across the display ecosystem.
Following Sharp, Scaglione held senior roles at Ziff Davis and OwnerIQ, and founded CMO Connections LLC, advising companies on growth strategy and technology-driven commercialization.
At 6P Color, Scaglione has already played a central role in advancing key account relationships, strengthening brand presence, and aligning partners around the Full Color Range™ platform. The company recently demonstrated its AI- and machine-learning-driven color management system and multi-primary technology at CES 2026, drawing interest from OEMs and emerging partners.
“6P Color has built a powerful platform that changes how the world experiences color,” Scaglione said. “My focus is expanding OEM partnerships, strengthening our ecosystem, and making Full Color Range™ the global standard for color management.”
The appointment comes as adoption of advanced display technologies—particularly multi-primary systems—continues to accelerate, increasing demand for scalable, accurate, and intelligent color management solutions.
