Kano, the London-based manufacturer of DIY computer kits, announced it has brought on Gregg Stein as global sales VP.
Stein joins Kano from Roli, a music start-up for aspiring and professional musicians, where he was head of global sales and handled global commercialization and international growth. He’s also held positions with Libratone, Behringer and InMusic Brands.
Based in North America, Stein will oversee global sales operations and spearhead future distribution partnerships for Kano’s kits.
“Gregg will help us cement our leadership in the creative computing segment and take this new category to the masses,” said Alex Klein, CEO of Kano, in a statement.
Kano’s products are sold through more than 1,000 U.S. retailers, including Amazon, Toys“R”Us and Barnes & Noble.
