Ben Mahoney has been appointed as Global Training Manager at RTI, the company has announced. Mahoney brings with him 20 years of training and leadership experience, including roles at Control4 and ClearOne. Most recently he was Director of Education at Nice North America, leading development programs across all Nice business units. As Global Training Manager, Mahoney will lead training and education initiatives for RTI’s commercial and residential markets.
“Ben is an award-winning learning and development leader with a track record of designing and implementing programs in professional AV, conferencing, and residential integration,” said Bill Hensley, RTI Head of Global Marketing. “Of equal importance, he combines technical expertise with a customer-first philosophy and a communication style that will benefit all integrators working with RTI.”
