Training School Expands Curriculum

Toronto – Installation-training school Mobile Dynamics has expanded its curriculum with the addition of security-system, distributed-camera, and PC-network systems.

The curiculum additions expand the company’s training program to three weeks from two. As before, the it is designed to train entry-level installers who can generate revenue for an installation company on the first day of hire.

PC-network training meets the new TIA-570 standards and includes DSL and cable-modem installation and Ethernet distribution. Other topics include audio and video distribution, home theater setup and calibration, and home automation.

The three-week courses are offered every month at the company’s Tortonto facility, which includes classrooms and an eight-room house within the facility for hands-on training. Mobile Dynamics also offers Internet training for manufacturers and large retailers on a custom basis.
