CUK Group has appointed James Drummie as technical and training manager, expanding its support for residential AV dealers across the U.K. and Ireland.
Drummie brings more than 25 years of experience in the AV industry, including sales, sales management and product management roles in retail and distribution. His experience includes home cinema design, product selection, customer demonstrations, technical support and dealer training.
He has also presented at industry events including CEDIA and EI Live!, taught the CEDIA Home Cinema Design course and previously served as a certified THX calibrator.
In his new role, Drummie will provide technical support, dealer training, system design assistance and product demonstrations. He will also develop technical content and work with manufacturers on product launches, training programs and customer projects.
The appointment expands CUK’s technical resources for residential AV dealers as they navigate system design, product selection and installation requirements.
