Sony Splash Line Adds Colors, Graphics

By Doug Olenick -- TWICE, 2/26/2008

Las Vegas — Sony once again expanded its Graphic Splash line of notebook computers with the introduction of three new colors and graphics schemes.

This introduction features Victorian lace, flora and leaf patterns that are available in pink, blue and black. The laptops can be further personalized by using one of Sony’s new keyboard fonts, Bradley Hand, Copperplate and Synchro. Free engraving is also available.

Like Sony’s previous Graphic Splash models, these will be available only as a limited run of 1,200 units. Starting price is about $1,300 depending upon configuration, and they can be bought at Sony Style stores and at www.sonystyle.com.

The Graphic Splash notebooks are based on Sony’s FZ Series Vaio.
