Galvanic, Ltd., committed to connected health solutions that empower people to take control of their health and mental well-being, today announced that it is expanding its international distribution through a new agreement with WYNIT Distribution, LLC. WYNIT, based in Greenville, SC, will distribute Pip, a HIPAA-complaint wireless personal stress management device designed to help consumers recognize and reduce stress levels using biofeedback. Pip detects electrodermal activity (EDA), a primary indicator of emotional stress, eight times per second from a user's finger tips and then shares this data with a suite of companion relaxation apps that help improve focus and reduce stress levels. WYNIT will market Pip to its retail channel partners in strategic markets throughout North America.
WYNIT Distribution, LLC is a leading distributor of products from the top national brands in the consumer electronics, photo, wide format printing, security and sports & recreation industries. The company serves a wide range of customers ranging from large national retailers to independent value-added resellers through dedicated business units and strategically located distribution facilities.
"WYNIT is at the intersection of the CE and the connected health & fitness market, and is an integral partner for Galvanic as we begin to build out our retail channels in North America," said David Ingram, CEO of Galvanic. "We look forward to working with the team at WYNIT and have great confidence that they will help fuel awareness and retail availability of the Pip in the connected health market and into national resellers such as Best Buy and others, making it easily accessible to our consumers throughout the region."
