Memorial Day is one of those tent-pole holidays, along with Labor Day and, of course, Black Friday, when promotional pricing gets even zanier than usual.
To help mark the unofficial start of summer, WalletHub, the personal finance site, has compiled a list of what it deems are the “10 best Memorial Day deals,” based on more than a year of product tracking to discern the most heavily discounted merchandise in May.
Of those 10, seven are sold by tech and appliance retailers. Here’s the abridged ranking:
WalletHub based its findings on a survey of price promotions by 13 national retail chains. The company has posted a complete report featuring the steepest discounts in 16 different product categories including electronics, appliances and computers.
