The iPad Pro will be available on Apple.com on Nov. 11, Apple announced, and it will arrive at Apple’s retail stores, select carriers and authorized resellers starting later this week. The Apple Pencil and new Smart Keyboard will also become available on Wednesday.
The iPad Pro, with a 12.9-inch display, is the largest iPad Apple has launched. The processor runs 1.8 faster than the iPad Air 2’s processor, Apple executive Phil Schiller said at September launch event. It also has 2x faster GPU, a 10-hour battery life and four speakers.
The Wi-Fi model will be $799 for the 32GB and $949 for the 128GB. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model will be $1,079 for 128GB. Three finishes are offered: silver, gold and Space Gray.
The it’s-not-just-a-stylus Apple Pencil will be $99. The Smart Keyboard, which connects magnetically and not by Bluetooth, will be $169.
