Highlighting an initiative announced last fall, OTT-TV provider Hulu launched a virtual reality app for Samsung’s Oculus-powered Gear VR headset. The app will play content from Hulu’s 2D library as well as a mix of new 360-degree videos, including some exclusive VR fare.
The new app will also support other devices and platforms “soon.” Possible candidates include the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive .
