Denon announced that Denver-area audio/video retailer ListenUp has been selected to participate in the company's authorized Internet dealer retail program.
As part of the agreement between Denon and ListenUp, the retailer will merchandise Denon products to local market residents via Knowledge LINK's GetPlugged.com, a specialty marketing web site designed to work with consumer electronics manufacturers and retailers.
"ListenUp has been a loyal and trusted Denon retailer for many years," said Stephen Baker, Denon VP for sales and marketing, "They have one of the best service departments in the country, and their knowledgeable staff is fully capable of communicating Denon's high-quality message to consumers. We're confident ListenUp's presence on the Web as an Authorized Denon Internet Dealer will provide consumers with a valuable resource for purchasing and learning about the Denon product line."
According to Denon, ListenUp was selected for participation in the Internet dealer retail program after meeting the specific standards for quality and customer service, which include the assurance that all items offered for sale on the web site are kept in stock and that ListenUp maintains a dedicated Internet staff and the availability of live technical assistance at least ten hours a day, both online and via a toll-free telephone number.
