Daisy has launched its seventh Florida location and 22nd location in the country, in Palm Coast, Florida. The new Palm Coast branch will be owned and led by Kim Lyznicki, a seasoned executive known for her success in scaling service-based businesses.

“Having worked closely with Kim while we were both at ServiceMaster Clean, a billion-dollar services business, I am confident that her experience and skill set will lead her to build a successful custom integration team in the Palm Coast,” said Hagan Kappler, co-founder and CEO of Daisy. “She has entrepreneurial roots, having grown up in a successful family business and having coached hundreds of home services businesses throughout her career. We’re so lucky to have her on the Daisy team.”

Lyznicki brings over a decade of leadership experience across sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as vice president of sales and at a national facility services company, where she also held a role as vice president of business development. Her experience also includes leadership roles across sales and operations with national home service franchise companies, including Empower Brands and ServiceMaster.

She has further overseen facility services, including engineering and infrastructure solutions, operations and maintenance, HVAC and mechanical, electrical, and janitorial capabilities at multiple national companies, including ABM Industries and ServiceMaster Clean. Lyznicki’s deep understanding of customer needs, team building, and process optimization makes her an ideal fit for Daisy’s Florida expansion.

“After college, I spent the first 15 years of my career in a home and commercial services franchise learning the fundamentals of small business ownership, including an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service paired with helping our team develop to pursue excellence,” said Lyznicki. “Most recently, I’ve led sales departments toward driving enterprise growth. Joining Daisy allows me to bring all these experiences together with my excitement about the fast-growing smart home technology space. I look forward to launching soon with the backing of Daisy’s powerful brand, systems, and support.”
