Los Angeles — AVAD and Niles Audio awarded a 2013 Chevy Camaro Coupe 1SS to electronics integrator Curtis Shelton of Galaxy Security & Sound as part of a Niles promotion.
All active AVAD customers were eligible to participate in the contest, which ran from Oct. 1 through Dec. 28, 2012. Dealers were entered into the contest each time they purchased Niles Audio’s series of custom-installation audio systems, components and accessories.
“I’ve been an AVAD dealer for 15 years because of their large variety of A/V products, easy local access and the friendships we have built with the AVAD crew,” said Shelton, who’s company is based in St. Louis. “Niles products have been a part of our selection for over 20 years, and the quality, looks and warranty of their speakers practically sell themselves. I appreciate everyone that has made this fabulous giveaway possible and most humbly accept it on behalf of my family at Galaxy Security & Sound.”
AVAD said the Camaro Coupe 1SS is powered by a 6.2L 426-horsepower V8 engine. The vehicle comes equipped with 20-inch aluminum wheels, electric power steering, Bluetooth technology for select phones and a three-month trial of SiriusXM. EPA averages 16 MPG and an estimated 24 MPG on the highway.
