Arlington, Va. –
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) promoted Laurie Lutz to the position
of CES operations VP.
Lutz started her career with CEA in 2001 as
director of CES operations. In 2005, she was promoted to senior director.
She oversees International CES’ relationships
with the Las Vegas community as well as the day-to-day operations and attendee
services at International CES, the world’s largest trade show for consumer
technology, the association said.
Before joining CEA, Lutz was an operations
manager with Reed Exhibitions in Norwalk, Conn. She started her career as a
conference coordinator with Conference Management Company, which later became
Ullo International.
