Lake Success, N.Y. – Canon U.S.A. unveiled Monday a new camera
lens kit featuring the EOS Rebel T3 and an EF 18-55 IS II lens in three new
color variations.
In addition to the standard black, which is available at retail
now, the new kit will include the camera body in a choice of red, brown and
metallic gray, each of which will be available exclusively through the
, the company said.
Also included in the kit is an 18-55 IS II lens.
The offerings are
available now at a $600 suggested retail. In addition, the company is offering
savings of up to $200 through July 30 on select EOS T3 lens kits.
Included among the specials are black and colored Rebel T3 18-55
IS II lens kits selling for $550, after a $50 instant rebate.
, the Rebel T3 camera features a 12.2-megapixel CMOS
(APS-C) sensor with a DIGIC 4 Image Processor, and an ISO range from 100 to 6,400.
Other features include EOS FullHD video with in-camera movie
editing; nine-point high-speed AF system; 63-zone, dual-layer metering system; 3
fps burst shooting; and a 2.7-inch, 230,000-dot LCD with Live View.
