RC Willey Home Furnishings has announced that Jeffrey Child will retire from his position as President, effective April 27, 2026. Child will continue serving on the Board of Directors while Lynn Lloyd, current Vice President of Merchandising, will succeed Child as President of RC Willey.
“After almost 50 years with RC Willey, I have great gratitude for the opportunities, challenges, and friendships that have shaped my career,” said Child. “It has been a pleasure to work alongside our dedicated and talented associates. The company is in a wonderful position, and by continuing on the Board of Directors, I hope to play a role in the continuing success of RC Willey.“

Child was appointed President in 2001 and has held leadership responsibilities across all major areas of the business. His experience and knowledge have made him a respected leader in the home furnishings industry. He was recently inducted into the Home Furnishings Hall of Fame.
RC Willey extends its sincere gratitude to Child for his distinguished leadership and looks forward to benefiting from his continued guidance on the Board of Directors.
