Marcone Servicers Association Welcomes Mitch Williams As Newest Trainer

Williams will officially take the reins in 2026

Mitch Williams

Marcone Servicers Association, a program of North American distributor mSupply, has announced the appointment of Mitch Williams as its newest trainer. Williams joins predecessor Rick Kuemin, who came out of retirement to train for one final MSA Hands-On Training circuit. Williams will officially take the reins in 2026, as Kuemin transitions to a much lighter load.

“Mitch brings four decades of repair industry experience to MSA, providing invaluable knowledge for the technicians and servicer companies who count on us for ongoing education,” said Trevor Souers, Vice President of Customer Success. “His first-hand experience, paired with his ability to simplify complex repair concepts, creates a truly impactful training experience.”

In this role, Williams will train more than 2,500 technicians throughout North America each year. He’ll cover manufacturer specifications, offer repair tips and provide hands-on learning opportunities for a range of household appliances. He’ll also host virtual training webinars when he’s not on the road, having kicked off his first one in late August with hundreds of technicians tuning in to hear from him.

Williams’ career began through appliance repair and ice machine installation in the 1980s. He spent many years training Best Buy technicians nationwide before working as Director of Parts and Service for Haier and Regional Service Manager for a number of other manufacturers. He sees MSA as an opportunity to return to his passion.

“Hands-on technical training is such a crucial part of continuing education for servicers,” said Williams. “I’m honored to give back to this industry by passing along my knowledge to a new generation.”

Williams also joins fellow trainer George Schick, who hosts monthly virtual training sessions focused on appliance service repair, as well as manages MSA’s Ask-a-Trainer service and the vast resources in the MSA World Library.

Marcone Servicers Association is a professional organization dedicated to supporting appliance repair companies through ongoing training and business support. It operates through mSupply, a multi-vertical distribution giant that has more than tripled in size during recent years. The company has significantly expanded its geographic reach, product offering, and addressable market through strategic acquisitions in the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
