Audio Advice is expanding into the Western U.S. with a new Las Vegas location focused on smart home, luxury audio, and home theater installations.
The company said industry veteran Chris Oram has been named general manager and will oversee the launch and growth of the new operation. The Las Vegas team will initially serve customers from a facility located at 750 Pilot Rd., Las Vegas, Nev., while the company develops a larger showroom experience.
Audio Advice said its showroom format is designed to give consumers hands-on demonstrations across categories, including smart home systems, lighting control, motorized shades, premium audio products, and dedicated home theaters.
“Chris is an exceptional leader with deep industry expertise and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences. His passion for innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to the client journey make him the ideal person to lead our expansion into Las Vegas,” said Jonathan Stephens, chief revenue officer at Audio Advice. “We’re thrilled to welcome Chris to Audio Advice as we continue building world-class experiences for customers nationwide.”
Oram previously served as an executive at Eagle Sentry and said he has followed Audio Advice’s growth and customer engagement strategy for years.
“I’m incredibly excited to join Audio Advice and be part of this next chapter,” Oram said. “I’ve admired Audio Advice for years. As a longtime YouTube subscriber, I’ve always appreciated their dedication to authentic, expert guidance and helping customers make confident decisions. They’ve also built an incredible community, something I’ve had the opportunity to experience firsthand at Audio Advice Live. I’m honored to bring that same passion for excellence to the West Coast and create exceptional experiences for clients in Las Vegas.”
