Registration for CES 2018 has begun.
The show, to be held Jan. 9-12, 2018, in Las Vegas, is produced annually by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Qualified attendees and members of the media can register on the CES website.
For the first time, CES badges will now include a photo ID, and registrants should have a recent photo available to upload in the credentials section. (This step will be optional for exhibitors.)
Also required this year: a unique email address. After the process is completed, registrants will receive a verification email that’s required for final confirmation. Those registering for someone else must enter a unique email for that person, and that person will be required to click on the verification email directly.
Badges are not mailed and can be retrieved at one of the designated pick-up locations in Las Vegas.
Exhibitor registration will open Thursday, Sept. 14.
