York Named Westinghouse Sales Sr. VP

Orange, Calif. - Former Philips Consumer Electronics veteran Cliff
York was named Westinghouse
Digital
senior sales VP, the company announced Monday.

York's promotion was joined by those of Eric Nissen, who becomes
national accounts senior director, and Helman Lukito, who was named channel
marketing director.

"Even during these challenging economic times, Westinghouse
Digital has continued to grow," Douglas Woo, Westinghouse Digital president,
said in a statement. "These individuals have worked diligently with retailers
to maintain relationships and create new partnerships, which has resulted in
significant channel expansion."

York has more than 25 years experience in retail account
development, service and management for major consumer electronics brands.

As senior sale VP, York is responsible for building and managing
a nationwide sales organization. He has been actively engaged in developing
sales channels for Westinghouse LCD TVs for the past eight years, and was
instrumental in securing distribution through major consumer electronics
retailers nationwide.

Westinghouse said York is central to the company's unusual
structure of finalizing pricing, credit and product supply within the sales
department to make the company more flexible and responsive to dealer needs.

Prior to joining Westinghouse, York was Philips Consumer
Electronics consumer retail VP, and held various other positions during his
tenure.

Nissen has more than 15 years experience in the consumer
electronics industry and has worked managing key customers for Westinghouse LCD
TVs for the past five years.

Nissen previously served as JVC America displays sales and marketing
manager and held various positions for Philips Consumer Electronics.

Lukito has been involved in marketing Westinghouse LCD TVs for
more than five years and is responsible for managing channel pricing and
promotional programs for various retailers. He is also responsible for managing
relationships with various direct and indirect channel partners.

He was a 10-year veteran with Samsung in various positions,
helped to establish an award-winning reseller partner program, and worked in initiating
and managing online retailing relationships.
