HTSA Welcomes New Members Stellar and The Stereo Shoppe at Fall Conference

Barrington, IL – The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) is proud to welcome new members, The Stereo Shoppe and Stellar, at their annual Fall Conference. With a big agenda including more than 20 individual sessions tailored to learning targeted, measurable and interactive digital marketing techniques, the new members join existing HTSA members to learn about the latest ways to reach and convert leads into customers.

The Stereo Shoppe opened their doors in 1976 to offer custom home theater products and service to the Boise, Idaho community. Three years ago, CE industry veterans Raymond Verveckken and Craig Adams took over and have continued to build relationships with premier manufacturers like B&W Group, GoldenEar Technologies, Integra and Control4 just to name a few. For nearly 40 years, their customers have been coming to them for not only the finest audio and video equipment available, but for their expertise, one-on-one client training and advice. The Stereo Shoppe uses their unique ‘WOW’ showroom to evaluate and test products to ensure quality before they share with customers.

“We are thrilled to be joining a group of like-minded companies that all share our vision and passion for premium products and superior customer service,” said Raymond Verveckken, Co-Owner of The Stereo Shoppe. “Access to the marketing expertise, vendor training programs and coveted industry brands will only help us to improve our customers’ home technology experience.”

Stellar, formerly known as Starlight Home Theater, has been designing luxury home technology systems for Texans for over 15 years. At each of their six design centers, the Stellar team takes the hassle out of selecting and installing new technologies in their customers’ homes. They offer advice and expertise on everything from seating, integration, home automation and lighting design to shades and drapery, all installed by their team of designers.

“After celebrating 15 years in business, we were ready to take our marketing and sales operations to the next level, which led us to HTSA,” said Shane Bala, Owner of Stellar. “HTSA’s influence, industry relationships, professionalism, and premium vendors will help us grow as we enter the next phase of our business journey.”

“The Stereo Shoppe and Stellar are both proven, experienced organizations that will bring fresh ideas and skills to our existing arsenal of business best practices,” said Bob Hana, Managing Director of HTSA. “Both have been conducting business and installing products from numerous HTSA Authorized Vendors over their collective 54 years of experience. Our Fall Conference is the perfect setting for them to reinforce those relationships and create a new community of collaborative business partners.”
