Available for Pre-Order & Shipping in March 2024, Death From Below is Designed in Canada, Works with All SKAA Transmitters, All SKAA Pro Transmitters, & All SKAA Nadja Hubs Including Soundboks 3, 4 & Go

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 3, 2024 – Dillinger Labs (www.dillingerlabs.com), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eleven Engineering, Inc. (elevenengineering.com), a market leader in semiconductor products for wireless audio for home theater, multi-room, portable, professional, 12 Volt (car, truck, motorcycle, power sports, marine) and gaming applications, is proud to announce it will feature Death From Below (DFB), its recently launched, world’s first SKAA-enabled, battery-powered mobile subwoofer during its annual product showcase January 9-12 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nev.

During the event, company representatives will be on hand to showcase additional HiFi, wireless SKAA-enabled speakers, subwoofers, headphones, and standalone professional transmitters/receivers, as well. DJ Spark will also be performing Jan. 10-11 in the Dillinger Labs suite (TBD).

“We are excited to demonstrate a host of our leading SKAA-enabled products during this event, and especially Death From Below, which has been designed for Dillinger Labs by Eleven Engineering in our Canada HQ,” explained Rex Whitehead, Dillinger Labs president. “Death From Below works with all SKAA Transmitters, all SKAA Pro Transmitters, and all SKAA Nadja Hubs including Soundboks 3, 4 and Go. Pro-grade SKAA wireless audio, 100 percent Bluetooth-free, and 100 percent WiFi free, we didn’t just take an AC-powered sub and strap a battery on it. DFB is built and optimized from the ground up to be a battery speaker. No shortcuts. No lack of performance compared to traditional speakers.”

With an MSRP of $899.99 (USD), Death From Below pre-orders are being taken now, with shipping to customers in Canada, USA, UK, EU, and Australia scheduled for March 2024.

“In addition to DFB, we will be showcasing SKAA-enabled products including Soundboks, Cerwin Vega Pro, Wet Sounds, Jamstack, and Trulli Audio,” Whitehead continued. “SKAA transmitters work with iOS & Android mobile devices, Mac & Windows computers, televisions, and just about any product with a line output or a headphone jack. SKAA is also available as a built-in technology not requiring an external transmitter in purpose-designed partner products, which are featured at SKAA.com. SKAA navigates hostile environments saturated in wireless traffic with best-in-class reliability. SKAA delivers uninterrupted audio with the highest sound quality to all speakers without the latency that is inherent in other wireless solutions. With SKAA, the receivers (speakers / headphones) are in charge of selecting which transmitter to listen to.  There’s no pairing.”

DFB is not just for Soundboks. Use DFB to complement virtually any full-range PA speaker.

“Already have a high-end speaker that you love?” Whitehead asked. “No worries! Any powered speaker, such as QSC®, JBL®, Electro-Voice (EV), Mackie, etc., can be converted to SKAA wireless just by adding a pro receiver such as Streetheart by Dillinger Labs. Use up to four SKAA receivers (any combination of Death from Below and any other SKAA receivers) at the same time with any one SKAA transmitter.”

A carefully choreographed dance of cutting edge electrical, acoustical, and battery engineering makes DFB awesome. A built-in bank of eight ultra-fast film capacitors jacks up DFB’s performance by giving its amps instant access to energy when needed. That is, by ensuring the amps are never starved for power, the resulting enhanced impulse response is what’s behind DFB’s extra-ballsy bass punch. Double the punch with no battery life hit.
