Matthew Lee named Director of Digital Marketing and Steven Bickers joins as Director of Global Sales to drive Growth and Innovation
Cleer Audio, an award-winning leader in headphone and smart speaker innovation, today announced Matthew Lee as Director of Digital Marketing and Steven Bickers joins as Director of Global Sales, strengthening its leadership team ahead of upcoming product launches and ongoing global sales expansion.
These strategic moves further strengthen Cleer’s leadership team ahead of several upcoming headphone launches. With multiple CES Innovation Awards and Red Dot Design Awards across its 11-year history, Cleer continues to set the standard for innovation through its first-to-market approach and unwavering commitment to premium sound and design.
Matthew Lee leads the development of Cleer’s brand voice and global digital marketing strategy, reinforcing the company’s focus on innovation and integrated marketing. He previously held marketing and leadership roles at Swann Communications, Contixo, and Solution Club. Lee holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and is Amazon DSP Advanced and Sponsored Ads Certified.
Steven Bickers brings extensive experience in sales leadership and brand growth within the consumer electronics industry. Most recently, as National Sales Manager at Swann Communications, a global leader in smart security cameras and connected solutions, he successfully led strategic sales, planning, forecasting, and promotional efforts across more than 200 products (2014–2025). He will focus on expanding market presence and strengthening relationships with key retail and distribution partners across the Americas. Steve holds a B.S. in Global Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
