VANCOUVER, Wash., Sept 30, 2026 – 64 Audio, the leader in custom and universal fit in-ear monitors (IEM), has announced a number of organizational updates. Vitaliy Belonozhko is stepping away from his role as CEO and will remain active with the company. In his place, previous COO Stewart Millager has been promoted to Fractional CEO. Nick Matev, previously CMO, has been named Chief Business Development Officer, and Filipp Sklyarov, previously Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing.

“My decision stems from a personal need to step away from the full-CEO role and devote my primary focus to family needs,” said Belonozhko. “The intent behind this decision is to place an individual into this seat who has the capacity to drive the company towards reaching the goals and initiatives we have set, while accomplishing the company mission, vision, and values. I am confident that Stewart will be able to successfully take on this new scope, due to his strong executive experience and leadership track record during his career. My involvement will remain in the high-level, strategic decisions and initiatives.”

The company was founded in 2010 by Belonozhko, a sound engineer who has been working with musicians and production companies for nearly two decades. He discovered the advantages of IEMs over traditional floor “wedges” and recognized that a better solution to in-ear monitoring was needed. Today, 64 Audio supplies products worldwide to some of the best-known musicians, singers, and engineers in the world, as well as discerning audiophiles who demand nothing but the best sound reproduction from their systems.

“I’ve always believed that at our core, 64 Audio is a customer service company that makes some of the finest in-ear monitors in the world,” Millager added. “In this expanded role, my focus will remain on our people, our customers, and building the systems and culture that allow us to serve both exceptionally well. I’m honored to help lead 64 Audio into its next chapter while staying true to the values and commitment to quality that have brought us this far.”

Since 2010, 64 Audio has crafted thousands of custom in-ear monitors for some of the world’s greatest musical talent. Working with these discerning and critical entertainers has shaped 64 Audio’s products and technological development. Their trust in 64 Audio products, and the support behind those products, is a testament to the standard level of care that all customers can expect.
