Clifton, N.J.  — Ultimate Integration, a value-added distributor of premium consumer and specialty electronics, showed off its newly remodeled headquarters showroom here last month at its third annual “BBQ Bash.”

The redesign, explained CEO Matthew Weil, was intended to “enhance the dealer experience to ensure they got the most out of their time at the show.”

New elements include an “Experience Center,” featuring a modern smart kitchen and experiential living room, and a Dolby Atmos living room where a Yamaha Aventage receiver helps provide an immersive 5.1.4 sound experience.

“Our showroom now becomes a destination for our dealers,” noted sales director Alan Malowitz. “They can bring customers and conduct business here; it becomes a real opportunity for dealers to show customers what they can achieve in their home.”

The event drew over 150 dealers and more than 25 A/V manufacturers including LG, Yamaha, Wyrestorm, Vanco, RTI, Arlington and CORE Brands, who demoed their latest product lines, ran training sessions, and provided face-time and networking opportunities, the distributor said. Dealers also vied for several grand prizes including an LG 55EC9300 OLED TV.

“Ultimate Integration went above and beyond to create a valuable experience for dealers at this year’s event,” observed customer Brian Stride, managing principal partner of Audio Video Design. “Every year I’ve been able to see new product lines and benefit from aggressive promotions. Although I didn’t win the LG TV, I did some great business.”

“This year’s show was fantastic,” agreed Yamaha regional manager Paul Tamberelli. “The Ultimate Integration team did a great job with the new Experience Center and it will prove to be a tremendous resource for Yamaha as well as other manufacturers.”

Rich Tudanger, eastern regional sales manager for LG Electronics, concurred. “Ultimate Integration’s event was an overwhelming success not just for LG but for the dealers and installers who support us as well,” said. “Ultimate Integration is a resourceful distributor servicing the most talented CI dealers and installers who are challenging and changing what is possible in our industry.”

With facilities here and in Hauppauge, N.Y., Ultimate Integration provides home automation, lighting control, specialty A/V and low voltage product lines to custom integrators and specialty A/V professionals throughout the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut market. The company, a member of the PowerHouse Alliance group of independent distributors, maintains more than 250,000 square feet of warehouse space, which allows for will-call pickup or next-day delivery.
