Drawing inspiration from traditional Gaucho grills in the Pampas region of Argentina, Ñuke BBQ Grills are designed to ignite a love of grilling around the world. Gaucho grills, also called Santa Maria grills, use a movable grate to cook food over charcoal or natural wood embers.
