PowerHouse Alliance member expands to 25 locations across the U.S. with acquisition

PowerHouse Alliance member, AlarMax Distributors recently announced the acquisition of Cassidy Technologies, a distributor originally known for wire and cable that expanded their product offerings to include intrusion/security products, access control, total home integration, audio/sound products, datacom, video surveillance and installation tools. Cassidy Technologies has been in business for over 20 years and serves the Minnesota and Iowa area.

“We are very happy to welcome Chris Johnson and the Cassidy Team into the AlarMax Family and are excited about our future together,” said Roger Graf, President at AlarMax in a statement.

Cassidy Technologies customers will now enjoy an expanded product assortment, including access to PowerHouse’s extensive AV and tech product lines, as well as greater branch inventory levels and AlarMax’s considerable buying power, providing better dealer pricing.
