Oasys Residential Technology Group has revealed the expansion of its educational offerings and training programs in 2025, including strategic partnerships for onboarding education through IntegrateU, hands-on lighting instruction via the Lighting Excellence Dojo, and continued investment in digital learning through CEDIA Learning Academy.
IntegrateU
This partnership was officially announced at the Oasys Dealer Conference in Indianapolis last month, where representatives from IntegrateU were onsite to connect with members and share details about upcoming training opportunities.
Through this partnership, Oasys members will gain access to IntegrateU’s comprehensive suite of in-person education offerings, including New Technician Training, Project Management Bootcamp, Sales Playbook, and Leadership Training — all at a preferred group-negotiated rate to make high-quality, in-person education more accessible than ever before.
The first course, New Technician Training, begins the week of August 4 to help entry-level AV technicians build confidence, skills, and real-world readiness through hands-on experience.
“At IntegrateU, we’re not just focused on training, we’re focused on building strong, lasting teams,” says Dante Walston, CEO and co-founder of IntegrateU. “Partnering with Oasys and the Nationwide family helps us deliver smarter onboarding and ongoing development that drives real, lasting growth.”
Lighting Excellence Dojo
Oasys also launched an agreement with the Lighting Excellence Dojo, a new training platform that blends design thinking with real-world installation techniques. Created by industry experts, the Dojo offers collaborative workshops that foster technical skill, creativity, and peer-to-peer learning.
Workshops will cover key topics such as lighting design application, fixture installation, and troubleshooting strategies. The Dojo’s community-focused model encourages experienced professionals to mentor and guide emerging talent.
“We’re excited to welcome participants into the ‘dojo,’ where we will merge design and installation excellence into a one-of-a-kind experience,” says Bruce Clark, founding sensei of the Lighting Excellence Dojo. “We’re committed to ongoing development of lighting confidence, capability, and capacity for Oasys dealers and beyond.”
Oasys members will have access to Lighting Excellence Dojo sessions throughout the year.
Continued Investment in Digital Learning With CEDIA
Oasys is reaffirming its support for online education through its renewed partnership with the CEDIA Learning Academy. Members receive complimentary access to CEDIA’s updated training platform, which features microlearning modules, certification preparation, and role-specific learning paths for technicians, project managers, and sales staff.
The program also includes cohort-based progress tracking to promote accountability and encourage course completion.
These expanded educational efforts are part of Oasys’ ongoing mission to empower integrators through knowledge, community, and leadership development.
