Azione Unlimited announced a new initiative for its shared services, offering bookkeeping and tax services to its members. Azione has crafted a partnership with Jennifer Marcus of Frisco Bookkeeping and Tax Service to deliver various benefits, including bookkeeping, payroll, consulting, training, and more. As a 20-year veteran in business finance, account management, and consulting, Marcus has spent the last six years working directly with the custom integration industry, including a pivotal role with VITAL MGMT.
“There has always been a desire to offer shared services to our members, and we are thrilled to have Jennifer’s horsepower starting this initiative,” says Richard Glikes, president of Azione Unlimited. “Not only do we have a brilliant mind who is passionate about her craft, but Jennifer also understands the finer points of how our industry keeps its books.”
Spending the past six years within the CI industry, Marcus’ role allowed companies to successfully fix accounting processes, start new book procedures, and even train operations staff. Marcus has also become well-versed in commonly used industry software such as D-Tools, iPoint, ProjX360, and Tracknicity, giving her insight into how to support dealers and make them more successful.
“I like to say that not every company is the same, even in the same industry, and that’s what’s so exciting about me helping out Azione Unlimited members,” says Marcus, CEO of Frisco Bookkeeping and Tax Services. “AV integrators are very unique and have interesting nuances. A self-proclaimed “passionate accountant,” Marcus will conduct webinars, learning seminars, and workshops for members, as well as mentor dealer member’s accountants on best practices.
