Kwikset and DoorBird have jointly announced the integration of the DoorBird app with Kwikset’s Halo smart locks. This integration allows residents to remotely unlock their Kwikset Halo locks during a live video call with a visitor from within the DoorBird app. This allows homeowners to manage access without switching between apps, with no hub required.

Unlike other solutions that may introduce delays, it’s optimized for instant interactions. Residents can easily activate the feature through the DoorBird app by linking their Kwikset Halo account.
