Trinnov Audio has announced the Altitude Extended Care Plan, a new program that that enables Altitude16 and Altitude32 owners to extend the professional support lifecycle of their product. Instead of the original 5-year period, Altitude Extended Care Plan gives owners access to a full 10-year term of comprehensive maintenance. This new option is available for both new purchasers and current owners.
Extended Care Plan Details
- Includes an Annual System Health Audit, providing proactive remote diagnostics to ensure peak system performance.
- Provides Authorized Trinnov Dealers with priority access to the global support team for faster technical resolution..
- Includes full factory maintenance, covering all genuine parts and specialist labor at the Trinnov facilities.
- The plan is fully transferable to new owners if the hardware is sold.
- Altitude32 units purchased before April 2022 may require hardware component upgrades at the owner’s expense. Owners of these units should contact their dealer for details.
Extended Care Plan Options
- New & Existing Owners: Purchasers of Altitude processors can enroll in the Extended Care Plan to add an additional 5 years of maintenance at the time of purchase or at any time before the product’s initial 5-year warranty expires.
- Legacy Eligibility: Altitude owners whose original 5-year warranty has expired have an extraordinary opportunity to join. Regardless of the Altitude’s age, these owners can secure five additional years of factory-backed maintenance from the date of enrollment. This legacy enrollment window closes December 31, 2026.
- Pricing for the Extended Care Plan will be maintained through December 31, 2026.
