Brava has announced that its newest product, the Brava Glass smart countertop oven, the company’s first new product since bringing its proprietary innovation to consumers in 2018, is officially on sale and available to customers.

“We’re thrilled to introduce Brava Glass to consumers, alongside the new Wireless TempSensor, allowing us to evolve the Brava experience of cooking restaurant quality meals with ease,” said John Pleasants, Co-Founder and CEO of Brava. “With these new products, we continue to prioritize user experiences and give home chefs the confidence they need to transform the way they cook at home.”

First introduced at CES 2023, the Brava Glass features a cutting-edge glass window with a 97% tint on the front of the oven that enables a full and transparent view of the appliance’s interior and lamps as food cooks to perfection.

Additionally, Brava has introduced its Wireless TempSensor, a highly-requested upgrade from Brava’s loyal community of home chefs that has been in development for years. The Wireless TempSensor is a custom, ultra-precise sensory system that provides real-time guidance for Brava to consistently cook protein at the right temperatures to reach the desired doneness.

Brava Glass further elevates Brava’s groundbreaking, patented Pure Light Cooking technology and has the same cooking capabilities and modes as its predecessor, including:

  • Air-Fry
  • Roast
  • Bake
  • Sear
  • Toast
  • Reheat
  • Rice Cook
  • Slow Cook
  • Dehydrate
  • Keep Warm

The Wireless TempSensor is available to be purchased separately for new and existing customers for $129.00 USD.
