BenjiLock is a traditional rechargeable padlock with fingerprint technology, which means that not only can users open it with their fingertips, but also with a set of traditional keys. BenjiLock’s purpose is to redefine the personal security experience, using hybrid technology with the consumer in mind. The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and CES 2017 selected BenjiLock as an Innovation Award Winner in the Smart Home product category. The company intends to show that disruption and innovation, if done right, can create a positive impact to America’s society, especially since the product was created primarily with the consumer always in mind.
